Participation of three LITPRAX coordinators at the ELASOC Conference in Seville

Between April 3rd and 5th, 2024, at the Hispano-American Studies School, CSIC, in Seville, within the framework of the ELASOC project, the conference entitled “Latin American writers in European socialism during the Cold War” was celebrated. The LITPRAX members Emilio J. Gallardo-Saborido, Ilinca Ilian and Bojana Kovačević Petrović took part in this scientific event. Presenting the topic “Translations of Spanish-American works into the Serbo-Croatian language in the 1960s”, Dr. Kovačević Petrović showed, through the LITPRAX project, how information on literature translated from Spanish has been collected after of the disintegration of Yugoslavia. About 35 people participated in the conference.
